Men’s Breakfast:  Saturday, December 10th, 8:00—10:00 a.m.  Enjoy a hearty breakfast, Bible study, prayer, and fellowship with brothers in Christ.


Seniors’ Luncheon: Saturday, December 10th, 12:00 p.m.  If you are 60+, come to Creekside the 2nd Saturday of each month for a delicious lunch, fellowship and a devotional.  All seniors in Castle Rock and surrounding communities are welcome.


Sunday’s Worship Service:  On December 11th, Pastor Torrey will continue the “Upside Down” message series.  He will be preaching from Luke 1.


Christmas Bags for Open Door:  Every December a team from Creekside provides 80 gift bags for the homeless served by Open Door Ministries in Denver.  Items needed:  gift cards for fast food places like McDonalds, Burger King, or Subway in the amount of $10-15, Christmas cookies, preferably homemade, and candy.  Please give gift cards to Kathy Lindholm.  Cookies and candy can be marked “Open Door” and left in the kitchen.  Donations must be received by Sunday, December 11th

MOPS and MOMSnext: MOPS and MOMSnext meet twice a month on Wednesday mornings from 9:30—11:30 a.m., and childcare is provided.  The next meeting is at Creekside on Wednesday, December 14th.   You can register here


Christmas at the Crema:  Wednesday, December 14th, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.  Parents, students, and friends are invited to Student Ministries’ 2nd annual Christmas Show at Cookies and Crema.  We will sing songs, play games, and eat sweets.  No sign up needed, just show up!


Catch up with David & Allison!  One of our Creekside-supported missionary families, David & Allison DeJong, will be in Castle Rock over Christmas this year.  The DeJongs will have a “meet and greet” at the church on Wednesday, December 21st, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.  Please come by to say ‘hello’ and learn more about their work!


Christmas Eve Candlelight Services:  On December 24th, we will have services at 1:00, 3:00, & 5:00 p.m.  Childcare will be provided for ages three and under at 3:00 & 5:00 p.m.  No childcare will be provided at the 1:00 p.m. service.  Please invite your friends and neighbors to celebrate the Savior’s birth with us on Christmas Eve!


Christmas Day:  There will be no worship services on December 25th.  We encourage you to worship the Savior as a family on Christmas Day!


Office Closure:  In observance of the Christmas holiday, the church office will be closed on December 26 & 27.  The office will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on December 28 & 29.


Baptismal Services:  Begin the new year by telling others you have trusted Christ as your Savior!  If you would like to be baptized on Sunday, January 1, 2017, sign up here. 


Women’s Spring Bible Studies:  Ladies, our new studies begin on January 10 & 12.  On Tuesdays from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m., we will be doing a 13-week study by Kelly Minter, “What Love Is”.  This study covers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd John; the book is $13.  Childcare will be provided. On Thursdays from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., in a continuation of last fall’s study on the prophets, we will watch Volume 2, Prophets and Kings, from the “That the World May Know” video series by Ray Vander Laan.  This series is filmed on location in Israel and highlights the history, geography, and culture of Biblical lands and times.  We will use the companion Discovery Guide ($8) as we learn about God through His prophets.  You can sign up here for both studies.


New Our Daily Bread Devotionals:   The December-February edition is on the Connections counter in the foyer.  Large-print booklets are also available.
