Small Groups: There is still time to join a Small Group as they unpack what it means to pray this fall. Pastor Torrey will lead us through the Model Prayer from Luke 11 on Sunday mornings while our Small Groups look at prayer from the rest of Scripture and put it all into practice! If you are not part of a Small Group, please sign up here, and we will help you get connected!
***the small group curriculum for the week of September 25th is attached below
MOPS and MOMSnext: Front Range Christian Church and Creekside are partnering to provide MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and MOMSnext (mothers of school-age children). MOPS and MOMSnext meet twice a month on Wednesday mornings from 9:30—11:30 a.m., and childcare is provided. The next meeting is at Creekside on Wednesday, September 28th. You can register here.
See You at the Pole Rally: Wednesday, September 28th, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Students from across the community will meet at the MAC amphitheater to worship and pray for their schools, city, and the lost. Our students will be attending the rally in place of our normal Wednesday night programming. Students will also meet around the city at 7:00 a.m. that morning to pray for their schools and city.
Encounter: Friday, September 30th, 7:00 p.m. This fall we are focusing on prayer and what it means to seek God’s face and not just His hand. Please join us on September 30th when we come together as a church family and Encounter God. Childcare will be provided for ages five and under. Children six and up are welcome to join their parents for this unique and special time of prayer.
Ladies’ Prayer & Fellowship: Saturday, October 1st, 9:30-11:00 a.m. Join us at the church as we bring our prayer requests and praises before the Lord.
Seniors’ Luncheon: Saturday, October 8th, from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. If you are 60+, come to Creekside the 2nd Saturday of the month for lunch, a devotional and fellowship.
His Hands: Volunteers with a strong back and a truck or other large vehicle are needed to deliver His Hands snack packs to South Ridge Elementary School. Deliveries are made on Friday mornings during the school year and take about an hour per week. If interested in helping, please contact Kathy in the church office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
