Sunday, April 26th:
Pastor Torrey is preaching this Sunday from John 10:11–30, and the title is “Eternal Life Today & Tomorrow”. Please join us in worshiping together! You will receive an email around 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning with a link to the prerecorded worship service. You can also find the service on the Watch Now tab and on Facebook. After watching the service Sunday morning, would you like to discuss the sermon, pray for others, and enjoy fellowship? If so, we invite you to join one of our Zoom Home Churches during this season (click here)!  If you need help with the technology, just call the church office (303-688-3745).  One of the admin staff would be happy to help!

Help and Hope Center (formerly called the Task Force) still needs more volunteers to fill the vacancies due to the coronavirus.  Click here to volunteer if you could help in the food bank over the next few weeks.  If you have any questions, contact Marion, Volunteer Coordinator (marion@helpandhopecenter.org).

Giving by check:  Because the admin staff has been receiving some questions about giving by check, we wanted you to know that mailing a check to the church is still a safe and viable option. Although the staff is working from home until the stay-at-home order is lifted, one of the staff picks up the mail every day.  We also have a locking mailbox so any checks mailed to the church will be secure.  The church’s address is 2180 S. Interstate 25, Castle Rock, CO 80104.

New Normal – Thriving Despite COVID-19:  Have you checked out all the ways you can connect with others and grow closer to God through the resources on the New Normal page on our website?  Click here to learn about how to connect with others through “home churches” (Zoom Home Church).  You can also study the book of James through the pastors’ 9:00 a.m. daily devotionals on Facebook (Daily Launch).   Each Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. round up the kids and learn spiritual lessons through the hilarious Family Night with Creekside videos.  Students are also “meeting” through video chat for lessons and small group discussions on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.  You can also let us know if you have a need for help or would like to assist others by completing the No One in Need forms. If you have any questions or need technical assistance, email info@creeksidebible.com or call the admin staff at 303-688-3745.

First Wednesday:  Join us on May 6th at 7:00 p.m. on Facebook Live as we worship and pray together!  We look forward to praising the Lord for who He is and thanking Him for His provision.  We will also look to God in confession and bring our needs before His throne.

FYI- You DO NOT need to have a Facebook account to view the Daily Launch videos, First Wednesday services, or any other ministry or worship service posted on Creekside’s Facebook page. Go to Creekside’s Facebook page by clicking here.

Keeping Your Kids Engaged:  Parents, check out this great resource for Sunday mornings: Sermon Notes from Home.  We encourage you to use this resource on Sundays when you and your family are watching the prerecorded service.  Let us know if it helps keep your kids engaged during the message!

Staying in Touch:  Since the governor’s Stay-At-Home Order has been extended, the staff will continue to work from home until May 4th.  The admin staff is answering phone calls during office hours (M-TH, 9-4).  You can reach us at 303-688-3745.  All staff members are also available via email.

Central Bible Church Core Team:  We are excited that so many are interested in being part of the Central Bible Church Core Team!  If you would like to discuss being on the Core Team, please complete the form on the Central Bible tab.  One of the pastors or elders will contact you to set up a meeting.

Summer Sports Camp Ministry Opportunity:  Because of the coronavirus pandemic, Sports Camp will be postponed until later in the summer (dates are still TBD).  Sports Camp is an outreach to the children of Castle Rock. We need coaches for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, dance, games, pickleball, and volleyball (or any other sport you would be interested in coaching :).  Please prayerfully consider joining us as we build bridges in our community and teach God’s Word in a fun and meaningful way.  Sign up to coach by going to the Events tab.  For more information, email Adam at Adam@creeksidebible.com.
