Sunday, May 17th:  You can now participate in our worship services on Facebook Live at 9:00 a.m. every Sunday!  (You do not need to have a Facebook account to view the service.) We will email a link at 8:55 a.m. that will take you directly to the live stream.  If you cannot view the live service at 9:00 a.m., you can watch the recorded version after 10:00 a.m.

Celebrating Communion This Sunday:  We will be observing communion during the worship service this Sunday.  Please prepare the elements for your family ahead of time (i.e., crackers and juice or something similar:). We look forward to celebrating communion with you on the 17th during our live-streamed service.

“PRAISE IN THE PARKING LOT" – DRIVE-IN SERVICES ON MAY 24TH AT 9:00 & 10:45 A.M.:  Come enjoy an outdoor worship service live and in person FROM YOUR CAR! We are bringing in a company that will help us broadcast the service using FM transmission.  Additional information and guidelines will be emailed next week. Please set this Sunday aside to be a part of gathering as a community once again!

Mother’s Day Treat:  Moms, be sure to head to the Castle Rock Smart Cow sometime this month for a special treat!  To let you know how much we appreciate you, Creekside is partnering with Smart Cow to give all our moms a free frozen yogurt with all your favorite toppings!  Let them know you are a Creekside mom when you go into Smart Cow – and enjoy your special Mother’s Day gift!

Wednesday Nights:  This week the students began meeting in small groups of no more than 10 people.  Proper social distancing standards are in place including mask requirements.  If you have any questions, please contact Drake (

New Normal – A Reminder:  Have you been connecting with others through “home churches” (Zoom Home Church) and studying the book of James through the pastors’ 9:00 a.m. daily devotionals on Facebook (Daily Launch)?  If not, go to the New Normal page to learn about these resources.  And be sure to check out the hilarious Family Night with Creekside videos on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m.  Please let us know if you have a need for help or would like to assist others by completing the No One in Need forms on the New Normal page.  If you have any questions or need technical assistance, email or call the admin staff at 303-688-3745.

Keeping Your Kids Engaged:  Parents, check out this great resource for Sunday mornings: Sermon Notes from Home.  We encourage you to use this resource on Sundays when you and your family are watching the prerecorded service.  Let us know if it helps keep your kids engaged during the message!

Central Bible Church Update:  The Core Team met this week for their first prayer meeting.  Praise God that Central Bible Church was given a free website and a free stage!

Our Daily Bread:  If you would like a hard copy of the June–August edition, please email Kathy ( and she will mail it to you.  If you would rather have a digital version of the quarterly devotional, click here for other ways you can connect with Our Daily Bread.

A few notes about our new Giving processor:  Creekside has moved to a new online processor for giving (Pushpay).  It is very secure & user friendly!

  • “Text to Give” – text "Creekside Bible" to 77977 and follow the instructions to set up an easy way to give from your cell phone.  You’ll have the option to set up a recurring gift as well as help your gift make a bigger impact by offering to pay the processing fees.
  • Go to the Give tab, click the “Give Online” button and then follow the instructions.  Again, you’ll have the option to set up a recurring gift as well as help your gift make a bigger impact by offering to pay the processing fees.

We want to encourage you to try out the new Pushpay platform by using the text option or the website ~ let us know if you have any trouble navigating it or have questions.  As always, you can mail a paper check to the church ~ our mailbox is locked and gets checked daily.

Sports Camp Update:  Since it is not possible to hold Sports Camp in June as originally planned, we are hoping to hold Sports Camp this fall.  This event is a huge outreach opportunity, and many volunteers are needed to pull it off.  We need coaches for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, dance, games, and volleyball.  You can click here to sign up to coach or volunteer for another position.  For more information, email Adam at
