Central Bible Church Dedication Services:  During both services this Sunday, September 6th, we will celebrate the dedication of Central Bible Church and the installation of Larry Schembri as Central’s pastor.  Nursery care and Creek Kids’ classes for K-3rd graders will be available during both services.   During the second service, the 4-6th graders will worship with their families until they are dismissed to go to class (there will not be a class for 4-6th graders during the first service).

Please sign up here to let us know which service you will attend or if you will watch online.  This information helps us plan seating for the services.  It is especially important that you sign up if your children will be in the nursery or attending Creek Kids’ classes since class size is limited by COVID restrictions.  If the 9:00 a.m. service is full, please sign up for the 11:00 a.m. service so we can honor the Elders’ guidelines and observe social distancing in the worship center.

Benevolence Offering:  Because of your generosity and compassion, the deacons have been able to help many in our church family and community who are out of work, experiencing illness, or in financial need for a different reason.  If God lays it on your heart to make an “above and beyond” offering to assist those in need, please put your gift in the white collection boxes in the lobby as you leave this Sunday.

Upcoming Youth Events:  The youth are meeting this Saturday, September 5th, at 2:00 p.m. to play Spike ball (please email Drake for location).  Youth group will meet at the church on Wednesday, September 9th, at 6:30 p.m.  Student Ministries’ Annual Film Festival will be on Friday, September 11th, and families are welcome to attend!  Please submit films to Drake via email or flash drive by September 4th.  If you have any questions, contact Drake (students@creeksidebible.com).

Mornings for Moms will have a couple of park days this month! Contact Megan (m4m@creeksidebible.com) if you have any questions.

COVID-19 Precautions:  When attending a worship service, please continue to wear a mask as you enter and leave the building and as you move about inside the building.  Once you are seated in the worship center, you may remove the mask.  If you would like to fellowship after the service, the Elders request that you do so outside and not in the worship center or foyer.  It is also recommended that you observe social distancing by remaining six feet apart.

Community Groups:  Sign up here to participate in a Community Group at Creekside!  In the Gospels and New Testament, we are called to encourage, disciple, admonish, pray for, and care for one another.  Community Groups are where these and other "one anothers” are lived out on a day-to-day basis. In this season of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen more than ever the importance of connectivity and community. We hope you will join us as we live out our faith together in community!

Castle Rock Day of Prayer:  Saturday, September 5th, 9:00–11:00 a.m. at Festival Park.  Come together as the united Body of Christ to worship and pray.

Our Daily Bread Devotionals:  We have received the September–November edition of the Our Daily Bread Devotionals.  We also have the large-print edition for October–December.  If you would like a copy, you can get one from Kathy after second service on Sunday.  You can also call the church (303-688-3745) or send Kathy an email (kathy@creeksidebible.com) if you would like her to mail either devotional to you.

Creekside’s App:  Approximately 140 people have downloaded Creekside’s app!  We are excited about that and encourage those not yet using the app to consider doing so!

No One in Need:  If you have ANY need due to the COVID situation, please email office@creeksidebible.com or call the admin staff at 303-688-3745.
