Sunday, November 22nd:  Pastor Torrey will preach this Sunday on Psalm 111.  The message title is “Thankfulness in Light of God’s Greatness”.    

Service Times:  Because of new COVID guidelines regarding capacity, we have added a third worship service.  Services will be 50 minutes each.  As of Sunday, November 22nd, the services will be from 9:00–9:50 a.m., 10:15–11:05 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.–12:20 p.m.  Nursery care will be available at the 9:00 and 10:15 a.m. services.  Creek Kids’ classes for K-6th grade will meet during the first service only.   No childcare will be provided during the 11:30 a.m. service.

Operation Christmas Child:  Remember to return your shoeboxes to Creekside no later than 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 22nd.  If you cannot bring your boxes to church this Sunday, you can take them to Ridgeline Community Church (555 Heritage Ave., Castle Rock) during the times their collection center is open November 20th - 23rd.  Click here for the dates and times they will be accepting shoeboxes.

Advent Devotionals:  John Piper has written an Advent devotional booklet, “Joy to the World”, and we are making a copy available for everyone in the church (one per family).  You can get your devotional on Sunday, November 22nd or 29th as you leave the service. 

Community Groups:  We encourage you to find a place to belong, grow, and serve/go by signing up here to participate in a Community Group. 

Missionary Christmas Love Offering:  We have been collecting a love offering during the month of November so we can bless our missionaries with a special gift at Christmas.  Creekside supports several missionaries (singles, couples, and families). If you would like to participate in the love offering, you can give through the Creekside app or by going here and choosing the fund “missionary love offering”.  You can also put a check or cash in the offering box (write ‘missionary love offering’ in the memo line or on the offering envelope).  The deadline for donations is November 29th. 

Wednesday Nights:   Youth Group will not meet on November 25th because of the Thanksgiving holiday.  If you have any questions, contact Drake (

1st Wednesday:  Our next 1st Wednesday worship and prayer gathering will be at the church on December 2nd at 6:30 p.m.  No meal will be served.  If you cannot attend in person, you will be able to participate in 1st Wednesday on YouTube Live.

New Songs from 2020:  We have created a playlist for you to be able to sing along with the new songs we have done in 2020. Our goal will be to update this with new songs periodically. NEW Our Daily Bread Devotionals:  The December 2020–February 2021 edition of the Our Daily Bread devotionals, and the large-print edition for October–December are available on the Connections counter.  If you are not able to come to the church to pick up a copy, please call the church (303-688-3745) or send Kathy an email ( so she can mail one to you.

Lost and Found items.  If you have been missing something, we encourage you to check the Lost & Found bin by November 29th when all unclaimed items will be donated to charity.  There are a few “lost” Bibles on the shelf above the bin as well.

COVID-19 Precautions:  When attending a worship service, please continue to wear a mask as you enter and leave the building and as you move about inside the building.  Once you are seated in the worship center, you may remove the mask.  If you would like to fellowship after the service, the Elders request that you do so outside and not in the worship center or foyer.  It is also recommended that you observe social distancing by remaining six feet apart.
