Sunday, December 20th:   On Sunday Pastor Torrey will continue the Christmas series, “The Advent: Unfiltered”.  The passage is Matthew 2:1-12, and the message title is “Are You a Follower?”  We will celebrate communion this Sunday. 

Service Times are 9:00–9:50 a.m., 10:15–11:05 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.–12:20 p.m.  Nursery care will be available at the 9:00 and 10:15 a.m. services.  Creek Kids’ classes for K-6th grade will meet during the first service only.   No childcare will be provided during the 11:30 a.m. service.

Advent Candle Lighting:  December 20th is the fourth Sunday of Advent, and the theme is Love.  The Scripture reading is John 3:16 and 1 John 3:16.

Virtual Christmas Eve Experience:  The pastors and staff have prepared some Christmas Eve Experience gifts to enhance this online experience for our families.  These include activities, games, gifts, and spiritual application to make this a special time for Creekside families who participate in this unique event.  You can pick up your family’s Experience gifts when you attend church this Sunday.  On Christmas Eve, a link will be emailed in the morning so you can tune in to our Virtual Christmas Eve Experience at whatever time works best for your family.

Save the Date!  On Sunday, December 27th, we will be installing Adam Vanaman as Creekside’s Pastor of Family Ministries!  We hope you will plan to be part of this special day.

Holiday Office Schedule:  The church office will be open December 21–23rd.  The office will be closed on December 24th.

Wednesday Nights:  The youth will not meet on December 23rd because of the holiday.  On the 30th, the teens will meet (activity and time TBD).     If you have any questions, contact Drake (

End-of-Year Giving:  To be tax deductible in 2020, gifts to the church can be placed in the offering box on Sunday, December 27th.  If you choose to mail in your year-end gift, the envelope must be postmarked by December 31st.  You can also give by clicking HERE on or before December 31st. 

Community Groups:  We encourage you to find a place to belong, grow, and serve/go by signing up here to participate in a Community Group.

NEW Our Daily Bread Devotionals:  The December 2020–February 2021 edition of the Our Daily Bread devotionals, and the large-print edition for October–December are available on the Connections counter. 

COVID-19 Precautions:  When attending a worship service or ministry event, please continue to wear a mask as you enter and leave the building and as you move about inside the building.  Once you are seated in the worship center, you may remove the mask.  If you choose to fellowship in the worship center or lobby after the service, the Elders request that you wear your mask and observe social distancing.
